Unlike physical products, consulting services involve reserved professional time, preparation, research, expertise, and customized recommendations. Once consulting time has been provided or work has begun, that value cannot be returned.

Unused Consulting Hours
If you purchase consulting hours and have not scheduled, used, or received any services, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase.
After this period, unused consulting hours remain available for future use but are generally not eligible for a refund.
We encourage all clients to begin using their purchased hours promptly so we can start helping improve their business.
Consulting Hour Usage Period
Purchased consulting hours are intended to be used within 12 months from the date of purchase.
This timeframe allows businesses more than enough opportunity to schedule consultations while allowing Viral Vanguard to maintain accurate planning, availability, and service standards.
If circumstances prevent you from using your remaining hours within this timeframe, please contact us. Extensions may be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the situation.
Partially Used Consulting Hours
If you have used a portion of your purchased consulting hours, only the unused remaining balance may be considered for a refund.
Completed consulting time is considered earned and is non-refundable. This includes:
- Consultation meetings
- Research performed on your behalf
- Strategy development
- Business reviews
- Technology support
- Marketing recommendations
- Website evaluations
- Reports, plans, or recommendations
- Any completed professional services
Scheduling & Cancellation Policy
We understand schedules change. We will always do our best to accommodate reasonable scheduling needs.
- Appointments canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance will not affect your available consulting hours.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in the scheduled time being charged.
- Missed appointments without notice may result in the reserved consulting time being forfeited.
This policy allows us to respect the time reserved for each client and continue providing reliable service.
